Sanlam Life Insurance (U) Limited is a reputable International Life Insurance Company and is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position above:
* Identification of potential clients. * Prospecting within a client base. * Selling of life policies to clients. * Meeting sales targets. * Portray a good company image. * Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations. * Support in identifying new business opportunities and implement strategies to maximise them. * Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. * Establish and maintain potential client relationships. * Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. * Identify and resolve client concerns. * Any other duties assigned.
* A bachelors or Diploma in any business related field. * Atleast 30years of age. * At least 1 year working experience. * Ability to read and write English * Moderate numerical skills. * Self-motivated and disciplined. * Good interpersonal skills. * Good negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
NB: Remuneration is strictly commission based.
